Safety and Infection Control

• Health and Safety of our patients and staff is a top priority at Ottawa West Periodontics.
• We continue to follow the strict recommendations from Public Health Ontario (PHO), the Chief Medical Officer of Health, and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) for guidelines in infection control.
• All infection control protocols and guidelines are followed as recommended.  
  • Air quality is optimal in our clinic by ensuring that the HVAC system works well and filters are changed regularly.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has always been worn at Ottawa West Periodontics for surgical procedures and we will continue to wear all recommended PPE.
